Marineland Carnival with the Munsters

Having seen the short promo for the Marineland Carnival with the Munsters special on DVD, I am curious if anyone on this forum has seen the entire special. This is the only television show with the original Munsters cast still left unreleased. (Though there might be a few other little bits and pieces, such as Fred Gwynne as Herman Munster on The Danny Kaye Show.)

I saw it about 15 years ago at the LA Comic -con (with the full color pilot), so it may still exist
